I sort of got lost there for a moment.
Here’s the thing. Kyle has been at the RCMP academy for almost 11 weeks now. For those of you who are wondering, he is doing great! Though its stressful and tiresome being away from home, he’s working hard and I am beyond excited to see him during Christmas! All of that to say, it has been difficult to plan a wedding when we know nothing about where we are going to be located in 4 months time! So, I started to feel that if the wedding planning had to wait, the blog posts did too. I was wrong about that, as I am about a lot of things, and for that, I apologize! I have come to realize that there are other creative aspects of my life that I would love to share.
Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am an elf when it comes to Christmastime. I just can’t help my s’elf! My yuletide senses have been tingling since September and I’m ready to explode! I thought, though I won’t be able to plan and create wedding things, I’ll be doing a lot of DIY Christmas projects and I can share those instead! I’ve been collecting fun Christmas craft supplies and ornaments since the moment they were available in stores, and I’ve got a lot of fun things planned.
Beginning the first week of November (next week!) I will be blogging all things Christmas! We are talking DIYs, gift ideas, recipes and just about everything in between. First up, a haul of the goodies I’ve purchased over the past two months, including the highly anticipated items from the Dollar Tree that I picked up whilst in Mississippi last week! I may even include my first ever video!
So, be sure to stayed tuned, because this blushing bride to be has more going on than just a walk down the isle!
